I am writing to express our great delight with the bathroom renovation that you have just completed.  This was a major job, with complete replacement of all fixtures and floor, and frankly we were concerned that it would create a major disruption in terms of mess and debris - especially with two small children in the house.  However, this was not at all the case.  Besides demonstrating that you are an expert craftsman, you were also extraordinarily neat and thoughtful in your work habits, to the point where there was virtually no clean up whatsoever.  In addition I must commend you on the exceptional job that you did laying our marble floor and tiling the bath.  You were extremely patient with us as we worked out the exact patterns that we wanted, and then you did a terrific job of applying them.  The results are even more impressive than we had expected.

During the year 2003 my husband and I bought land and began the process of hiring a contractor to build our dream home.  John DelBonis came highly recommended by a friend.  After seeing several examples of John's work and talking to other happy customers we chose Mr. DelBonis.  Mr. DelBonis was employed by us in 2004.  He built us an approximately 2500 sq. feet colonial.  We found Mr. DelBonis work to be of the highest quality and his personality friendly and cooperative.  He was honest and hard working and made every effort to create exactly what we wanted.  He completed his work in a timely manner and we were very pleased with the results.
